This serves as notification of the current Privacy Policy, types of information RightBack collects and what we may do with the information.
RightBack collects and uses your information to help fulfill and manage user orders, responds to user inquiries, offers support to users, sends administrative information to users, and to perform the functions of running its business.
Limited use and disclosure of sensitive personal information: RightBack may only use your sensitive personal information for limited purposes, such as helping to provide you with the services you requested.
Notice of Collection:
(1) the categories and/or specific pieces of personal information RightBack collects about you, which may include your: username, email address, phone number, name, age, date of birth, address, password, payment information, transaction information, bank information, purchase history, country of citizenship, location, device, contact information, identification information, IP address, geolocation, communication, message information, audio, video, photos, message reactions, computing device data, device features, online identifiers, social network affiliation, user rating, URL, and any other information provided by way of user, and or information used to perform business services;
(2) the categories of sources for that personal information may include information directly and/or indirectly: provided by a user, generated as a result of a user, and/or from a computing device used by a user;
(3) the purposes for which the business uses that information, which may include: to help fulfill the requested services, contact user, and/or authenticate user;
(4) the categories of third-parties with whom RightBack discloses the information may include the following services: cloud computing, communication, collaboration tool, finance and accounting, data storage, order fulfillment service providers, payment processors, website hosting service providers, affiliate marketing, analytics, banking, affiliates, payment, transaction, legal, identification, data processing, publishing, broadcasting, and security; and
(5) the categories of information that RightBack sells or discloses to third-parties may include: personal, banking, payment, transaction, legal, accounting, identification, data processing, communications, publishing, broadcasting, storage, and security.
User gives the right to access: message notification system, electronic communications system, cookies, Bluetooth, calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, reminders, sensors, text message, web beacons, internet connection, social media accounts, storage, payment processing services, email, files, and photos.
Right to delete: You may request to delete your information RightBack collects and for RightBack to tell their service providers to do the same, subject to certain exceptions (such as if the business is legally required to keep the information), by emailing request-to-delete@rightbackrequest.com, or by closing your RightBack account. You may close your RightBack account by logging in to your RightBack account you want to close, go to the settings page and selecting the appropriate option to close your account.
You may opt-out of sharing and/or selling your sensitive personal information by emailing request-to-opt-out@rightbackrequest.com, or by closing your RightBack account. You may close your RightBack account by logging in to your RightBack account you want to close, go to the settings page and selecting and selecting the option to Request To Close Your Account. Within 45 days of your Request To Close Your Account your sensitive personal information will be deleted from RightBack, and a message will be sent to our third-party service providers to do the same.
Right to correct information: You may ask RightBack to correct inaccurate information about you by emailing request-to-correct@rightbackrequest.com, or by logging in to your RightBack account and correcting the information for your account, and/or in the settings of your account.
Information added to RightBack: may be made public, including but not limited to your: name, username, user rating, website, and other information associated with your user profile.
RightBack uses industry leading: third-party service providers and are not responsible for their actions.
You may close your account: by logging in to your RightBack account, going to the settings page and selecting the option to Request To Close Your Account. Within 45 days of your Request To Close Your Account your sensitive personal information will be deleted from RightBack, and a message will be sent to our third-party service providers to do the same.
RightBack does not discriminate against you: for exercising your rights under the California Consumer Protection Agency (CCPA).
